Molly O’Keefe specializes in high-stakes trials and arbitrations. Her experience ranges from complex corporate disputes to white collar criminal defense. She has also briefed appeals in state and federal court.
Prior to joining Elsberg Baker & Maruri, Molly was a trial attorney at Quinn Emanuel. She clerked for the Honorable John K. Bush of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was Editor-in-Chief and Managing Editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.

- Represented Elon Musk in action by Twitter, Inc. in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
- Obtained a favorable settlement for Shawn Carter in dispute with Bacardi concerning the valuation of Mr. Carter’s ownership of a luxury cognac brand.
- Obtained a favorable settlement for Balfour in dispute with a competitor involving trade secrets and tortious interference.
- Successfully defended Shawn Carter against breach of contract claims arising from Mr. Carter’s fragrance partnership with Parlux, winning counterclaims regarding money owed to Mr. Carter.
