• Represented crypto investment firm in connection with multiple putative class actions alleging violations of the federal securities laws
• Represented online retailer in a putative class action alleging violations of New York and Missouri state deceptive trade practices laws, culminating in a favorable settlement
• Represented member of a joint venture in an arbitration concerning disputed ownership interests of a Manhattan skyscraper
• Won dismissal of all claims asserted against an education and tutoring company in a putative class action alleging violations of the federal securities laws
• Obtained favorable settlement for previously pro se inmate in connection with a Section 1983 First Amendment retaliation claim asserted against a correction officer at Sing Sing Correctional Facility
