Following a weeklong arbitration hearing, the arbitrator rejected the executive’s claims and found there was overwhelming evidence that the executive breached his employment agreement and fiduciary duties.
“We are pleased that the arbitrator saw through Claimant’s excuses, and found the evidence of breach ‘overwhelming’,” Baker said to Law360.
