Bloomberg Law recently spoke to Elsberg Baker & Maruri PLLC’s David Elsberg about the firm’s recent spate of associate applications amidst a presidential hiring freeze on federal agencies.
“We do a lot of trials and we give early experience and a lot of them are interested in trial work,” David Elsberg said. “It’s sort of a really good match for us, which is also why we’ve been seeing a lot of applications come in.”
EBM expects to make offers to students who have had federal offers rescinded for the firm’s 2025 summer associate pool and its new associate class.
